RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

TIME FRAME:

All returns must be within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

INITIATING A RETURN:

To return an item, please email us at [email protected], call us at 603 58871984, or simply initiate a chat with us online.

REFUNDS PRIOR TO SHIPPING / DELIVERY:

For returns initiated before shipping & delivery of the item within a 24 hour timeframe, we will attempt to reverse the transaction for a full refund, failing which, there will be a 5% charge for administrative fees.

REFUNDS AFTER SHIPPING / DELIVERY, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION:

For returns initiated after shipping & delivery has been made and prior to installation, there will be a charge of RM50 for shipping / delivery and 5% for administrative fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS AFTER INSTALLATION:

For returns initiated within 14 days after installation of the product has been completed and water has passed through the filters, there will be a charge of RM400 and 5% administrative fees. For returns after the 14 day period has passed, there will be a charge of RM800 and 5% administrative fees. In cases where the upfront purchase amount is lower than the amount stated above, all charges will have to be paid in full before a refund can be initiated. 

Snaptec also reserves the right to deny any refund request more than 14 days after installation.

ITEM CONDITION & INSPECTION:

Snap Technology & Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge any additional fee if we find any damages or blemishes while the item is in the possession of the buyer.

EZ PLAN, 2 YEAR PLAN & 5 YEAR PLAN CANCELLATIONS:

Snap Technology & Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny any cancellation requests made before the plan’s minimum subscription period is due. Cancellations may be subjected to a penalty charge depending on the duration of the subscription and other factors to be evaluated. The amount of the penalty charge is subject to the sole discretion of Snap Technology & Solutions Sdn Bhd and is final and non-negotiable.

2 YEAR PLAN & 5 YEAR PLAN AURRA OWNERSHIP

2 Year Plan: Customer does not own the Aurra after subscription but have the option to either extend the subscription by another 2 years or return the Aurra after the subscription period has ended

5 Year Plan: For customers paying monthly, the customer will own the Aurra after completing the 5 year rental period. For customers that paid upfront, the customer will be the owner of the Aurra right after installation is completed. 

FINAL SAY:

Snap Technology & Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to have the final say in any disputes that occur during the return or refund process due to special circumstances.
