Snaptec Ez Plan, 2 Year Plan, 5 Year Plan: Maintenance is FOC and conducted every 3000L or 6 months, whichever comes first

Snaptec Snap Plan: Maintenance is FOC as long as the plan is active. Maintenance is conducted every 3000L

Snaptec Purchase Plan:  Recommended filter change every 3000L. The filter set costs RM300 excluding delivery & service charges.

Aurra Evo, Blaze, Prime, Prime-X:  The Aurra will beep constantly during dispense when it is the recommended time to change filters.  and the Disruptor filter set costs RM300. Prices here excludes delivery & service charges

EZ & Snap Plan Addition Usage: For usage above 1000 Litres Per Month, Snaptec reserves the right to charge an additional fee of:

• Aurra Lite 2: RM0.25 Per Litre
• Aurra Plus 2: RM0.30 Per Litre
• Aurra Pro 2: RM0.38 Per Litre

This additional charge does not apply to Aurra Evo and Purchase Plans

Additional Note: 

Snap Technology & Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend maintenance and dispense if we detect any irregular usage or behaviour, such as using the Aurra for commercial purposes like bottling and water filling stations without prior consent, or if outstanding bills are unpaid over a 3 month period
